I should have got these hearing aids years ago! The positive change in my overall life quality has improved dramatically since going to Bay Area Audiology & Hearing Aids. Dr. Abbott is very knowledgeable in deciding what type hearing aids would be best for me. I have almost zero hearing in my left ear so she recommended a Bi-Cros for the left ear and a normal type for the right. Basically, the left one sends the sounds to the right one so now I can hear people talking that are on my left. Before I would have to ask them to repeat what they said and turn my right ear towards them. It was very frustrating to say the least! I can hear them perfectly, even when they speak in a lower tone. My wife also says that I have been in a better mood since I got them. Did I mention they connect to my phone through Bluetooth? Yep, when my phone rings, I hear it in my ear. I can even listen to videos or music and not bothers others around me. And yes, I can even use them to talk on my cell phone and the quality is amazing. The fit is great and I often forget I’m wearing them. I even got in the shower with them on once. By the way, you’re not supposed to wear them in the shower and it only took a second to remember they were in but that just goes to show how comfortable they are. Do yourself a favor, if you are having difficulty hearing, go see Dr. Abbott, you won’t be disappointed.

Dr. Abbott is dedicated, skilled, and is passionate in her assistance of elderly patients and everyone. She even makes monthly visits to retirement centers to assist her elderly patients, making it easier to keep their hearing aids at their best. Thank you, Dr. Abbott!
