    The level of detail and their reports is outstanding pictures to back it up you name it. it gave me a great leverage point in negotiating the price on my property. Well worth every penny

    ACI was able to do my home inspection within a demanding time frame. Tony was incredibly thorough, able to point out the most important things to address immediately after the inspection and then within a couple of days providing an excellent written report that we were able to send the seller, asking them to make the corrections. It really helped having a professional independent party pointing out the issues vs. me, the buyer complaining. The seller appreciated it too. ACI made me feel confident in my purchase that there are no major problems lurking, and most importantly, he pointed out the industry standard for a builders warranty, of which I was unaware. Thanks ACI!!

    I never write reviews but I had to show support to this company! Tony went above and beyond to help me through the process- I had originally used another company and ended up having to pay multiple people to correct their inspection that had false findings on their statement. Finding Tony was a godsend, he is extremely knowledgeable, it is so rare these day to find someone who took the time to talk through process and steps to move forward. I 100% trust and couldn’t recommend this company more.
