    I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by S&S! From start to finish, they demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and exceptional customer service. From the owner who provided the initial quote, to the foreman and team who installed my new furnace, the entire team was top notch. They were punctual, helpful, and knowledgeable. They left the basement area clean and tidy. I was particularly impressed by their honesty and transparency when it came to pricing— especially compared with other hvac companies I contacted. There were no hidden fees or unnecessary upsells. I have already noticed a significant improvement in both performance and energy efficiency since they installed the new system. I highly recommend them (and already have to several neighbors) for anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy HVAC service. I am a loyal customer now!

    The crew showed up on time both days. The installation of the furnace and AC went smoothly. The crew worked well together and was informative. They expertly fabricated the new duct work for the furnace. Clean up after themselves when the job was finished. We are very happy with our new Trane furnace.
