          I’ve seen Rick Blake at Cottenwood Clinic for the past 7 yrs. and I don’t have any negative feelings about them!!!!! They have always been very professional along with being very personable. Tia even had little handmade gifts for patients at Christmas time. Rick stays on top of all my 79 yrs of issues. I always refer people to Cottonwood Clinic!!! THEY ARE WONDERFUL!!!

          I TOTALLY RECOMMEND! I have been going to Cottonwood creek clinic for years and I always recommend them to others who are looking for a provider that truly listens to their patients. Rick and Tamara always take the time to assess their patients symptoms to provide them with the best patient care. They also offer a variety of aesthetic services too! Who doesn’t want to look as young as they feel? Rick listens to what his patients goals are and then explains the process in reaching those goals. He is very gentle and it is obvious that he truly cares for his patients.
