We lived in our house for 45 years, and the last 35 we worked exclusively with Magee Construction for all work on the house because of their attention to quality, communication, and timeliness. We had them shingle the roof twice, side the house, expand the garage from two cars to four cars, replace 13 windows, renovate the master bathroom, and disconnect the foundation drain tile from the sanitary sewer. They also did smaller projects like replacing range hoods and building pantry cabinets. Every time I quoted the work, Magee's quote was not the lowest, but competitive, and the "family like" relationship we developed with the Magee staff, including the owner Wayne Magee, made their work a great value.
