Roots is excellent! I needed a furnace replacement and they were punctual, professional and overall fantastic to work with. Shayne, Sean and Robert were all kind and respectful of my home, answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable with my options and ultimate decision. Would highly recommend. This is a small company that cares a lot about doing a great job, and your satisfaction and experience.

Called and the owner Kelly took my call personally. He was professional and great to talk to. He sent out Shane to come give me a second opinion on a quote to replace my whole unit that I was given by another company. The other company said it was a cracked heat exchanger. Shane found no major issues and felt that replacement was not needed at this time, but that is was an older unit that could be due for replacement in the next few years. He gave me tips on how to monitor it for issues like a cracked heat exchanger and even cleaned a few things to help it out. They charged me nothing for this service. What a great company to work with. I'm a construction project manager so I deal with a lot of companies. I can tell this is an honest, competent and quality operation and they have my business moving forward.

Every member of the crew was very fast, friendly, and professional. Our furnace broke entirely and they had a replacement in within two days! They also provided space heaters in the interim which was very thoughtful (and saved us from what felt like probable frostbite!). I can say for certain that if you are looking for furnace help Roots is a fantastic choice.
