Very professional, caring, and pristine. I have never seen an office like it and we absolutely will keep coming back. The pet rooms were personalized, they even put our cats name on the room board. There was a cat window seat, a scratching post to help make them feel more comfortable. They were very gentle with our cat, they took the time to answer all our questions. Absolutely the best vet experience I've ever had. And their grooming center is the same way. Absolutely recommend

The only vet we trust with our puppy! I cannot say enough good things about the entire group. We’ve seen 3 different providers due to a few emergency visits and they’re all fantastic. Very thorough, attentive, and always make us feel like our girl is in excellent hands. The front desk team is great, and we love our groomer, Jodi, as well!

I have been going to PRF since they opened. Dr.Deckard and her husband Brad who owns the facility are wonderful, kind people. I have English Bulldogs and not every vet knows how to safely treat this breed. Dr. Deckard is super thorough and knowledgeable and I never feel like I have to question any treatment. If she feels it needs a 2nd option she is not scared to refer out which is refreshing that I know she has their best care in mind. The front staff is very friendly and when I try to get an appointment or meds filled I get a reply back in 30 minutes which is so helpful and not like most vet offices. The facility is very clean as well. Both my dogs and myself are very lucky to have found this place. I have referred out a few other people and they are still clients to this day as well.
