Excellent experience! Jason D. Has visited our home for 3 years now checking on our Crusader system and testing our water. He goes above and beyond to explain things. Our latest visit he explained how to run a bypass in the event the system ever has issues or stops working. Contacting and scheduling is always prompt and responsive. We appreciate Jason and everyone for the services they provide!

I have used Soft Water Specialists in the Tri Cities, then Yakima, and now in Selah. You will not get better service and the product is amazing! I have expensive coffee equipment in my home and I need great water. These units come through. And the after purchase service and maintenance is five star! Love my equipment. Heartily recommend Soft Water Specialists.
